Stilley Law is a Southern Missouri criminal defense firm representing people facing serious, high-stakes charges where outcomes can permanently alter lives. The firm is known for taking on complex, highly visible cases, preparing every matter for trial, and pairing aggressive advocacy with a strong sense of responsibility to their clients. For the website, they needed a design that could carry the weight of that reputation while fully expressing a bold, highly developed brand identity.

They came in with an unusually mature brand system already in place, complete with multiple logo variations, a flexible color palette, custom photography, and clear stylistic rules, which created the challenge of building something original without fighting the brand itself. I leaned fully into those constraints, pulling from the line work, diamond forms, textures, patterns, and logo variations to design a site that felt layered, confident, and cohesive rather than decorative or busy. The final website feels polished and distinctive, reinforcing the sophistication of the firm while matching the impression clients get the moment they walk into the office.

This work was completed during my time at The Modern Firm. I carried out the entire design process, from the concepting stage, through the final delivery.
