
Injury Lawyers of NJ is led by two seasoned female attorneys representing people in serious personal injury cases across New Jersey. Their partnership is central to the firm’s identity, blending sharp courtroom presence with an approach that reflects their confidence, perspective, and personal investment in every case within a male-dominated field. For the website, they needed a bold, visually striking expression that honored their aesthetic sensibilities while clearly projecting authority, strength, and credibility.

I began by listening closely to how Natalie and Sheri described their energy, values, and the way they wanted to present themselves, then translated that into clear, usable art direction. I designed the logo early in the process, which set the visual pace for the site, and then established the structure, tone, and aesthetic framework while guiding designer Johara Marie Balahim through wireframes, art direction, and refinement to keep everything aligned. The finished site became a sharp reflection of their personalities and went on to win multiple awards after launch.

This work was completed as part of my role at The Modern Firm, where I led the creative direction and user experience strategy for the project.
