Employer Solutions Law works with employers across Washington who need guidance navigating labor, compliance, and regulatory challenges in complex, fast moving industries. Their approach is proactive and practical, helping business owners stay protected while keeping their focus on growth and operations. For the website, they needed a look that felt professional and credible while introducing enough personality and visual interest to stand apart in the employment law space.
My involvement began with the design call, where I translated their positioning and goals into a clear visual strategy for the site. I set the structure, tone, and aesthetic direction, including the hero concept built around a symbolic puzzle, and guided designer Marc Gabrielle Laurio through wireframes, art direction, and refinement. The final site delivered a confident, modern presence that balanced neutrality with character and became the foundation for future brand work.
