A Place in Time is a nonprofit supporting families and individuals across Broward County through food programs, essential resources, and direct community care. As its reach expanded, programs like Bread of Life were developed to address food insecurity in a more personal and sustained way. Each initiative needed communication tools that felt connected to the parent organization while speaking clearly to its own purpose.
The Bread of Life trifold was designed to explain how the food pantry operates and how supporters can get involved by sponsoring a family in need. Rather than positioning donations as a one-off act, the piece emphasized the idea of direct, tangible impact, helping donors understand that their support was improving the day-to-day life of a specific family. Visually, the design leaned into warmth and calm, using the program’s yellow brand color, soft pacing, and approachable typography to create a piece that felt hopeful, grounded, and deeply human.
