Holley & Pearson-Farrer LLP is a boutique law firm focused on public and corporate finance, advising clients on complex transactions that support infrastructure and economic development nationwide. Their work is defined by precision, clarity, and a forward-looking mindset, balancing technical depth with practical guidance for public-facing institutions. The logo needed to establish a confident, modern identity that reflected the firm’s sophistication without feeling ornamental or overstated.

The client came in with a clear aesthetic preference, asking for bold typography, strong geometry, and magenta to anchor the visual identity. I shaped those inputs into a modern mark, using framing and arrow motifs to introduce structure while carefully balancing color so the logo felt polished. The final logo is energetic and distinctive, using geometry and restraint to mirror the precision of the firm’s work. The website design I put together would go onto to draw heavily from the local design.

This work was completed during my time at The Modern Firm. I carried out the entire design process, from the concepting stage, through the final delivery.
